Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed after payment (except for COD orders).
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized or altered clothing and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
